Over the past 20 years, my career has taken me across the full spectrum of finance, from accounting and financial operations to planning, governance, internal audit, and executive leadership. During the last decade, I have had the privilege of leading organizations in Europe and the United States through periods of growth, transformation, operational change, and organizational development. Working alongside founders, boards of directors, shareholders, and executive teams has shown me that every organization is unique—but the greatest challenges are remarkably similar.
