My Story
I have always believed that successful organizations are built by people—not processes alone.
Over the past 20 years, my career has taken me across the full spectrum of finance, from accounting and financial operations to planning, governance, internal audit, and executive leadership. Along the way, I discovered that while financial performance is essential, sustainable success is created when strategy, leadership, organizational culture, and execution work together.
During the last decade, I have had the privilege of leading organizations in Europe and the United States through periods of growth, transformation, operational change, and organizational development. Working alongside founders, boards of directors, shareholders, and executive teams has shown me that every organization is unique—but the greatest challenges are remarkably similar.
Growth creates complexity.

And clarity begins with leadership.
Throughout my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams, built governance structures, guided organizational transformation, strengthened leadership capabilities, and helped businesses navigate change while remaining focused on people and performance.
